A message from the Headteacher

At Greenfields Junior School we believe that children learn best in a happy, supportive and stimulating environment. We aim to create a community where everyone is valued and respected.

We place great importance on caring for the individual and strive to provide a school within which all our children thrive, both academically and socially, whatever their ability.

We aim for the highest possible standards in terms of behaviour, academic work and physical and creative achievement.

We are extremely proud of our achievements both in and out of the classroom, but we are not complacent and are continually striving to improve our ability to ensure a relevant and exciting education for each individual pupil.

The partnership between staff, governors and parents is crucial in enabling all children to achieve their very best and to become healthy, responsible citizens who respect one another and make a positive contribution to the community.

Our best ambassadors are our children; to get a real feel for Greenfields come and visit us and talk to them.    If you would like to arrange a visit, please telephone Mrs McLennan, our Admin Officer, on 01252 843822.

Best Wishes

Linda Platt
